• Care needs information you share via the AI assessment, cost calculator, or chatbot (age, conditions, mobility, budget, location).
• Message content you send to our chat assistant, which may be reviewed by a human care advisor when you request one.
• Basic device and analytics data (page views) to improve the site.

3. How we use it

To match you with a suitable caregiver, deliver the service you requested, contact you about your care, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. Health-related information is treated as sensitive and only shared with the care professionals assigned to you.

4. AI chatbot & assessment

Our chatbot and AI care assessment process your messages using a third-party AI model provider under a data-processing agreement. Do not share medical information you would not want processed by an AI. You can request human support at any time by asking to speak to a person.

5. Consent

By submitting a form, booking a visit, or chatting with our assistant, you consent to Carestone processing the information you provide for the purposes described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@carestone.ng.
